Registration Fees:

Registration Fee includes: Congress proceedings on CD, simultaneous interpreting, free access to the exhibition, coffee-breaks and lunch, exhibition catalogue, on-line b2b appointments 7 days prior to the event and during it.

* 20% VAT is applicable to the above quoted prices.

Example : if your Registration fee is 340 EUR the total sum will be 408 EUR. The VAT is  refundable.

**15 EUR for a Cocktail invitation will be added to the basic price for Congress attendance in April 14th. That's why the price for all participants who will be present in the first Congress day -14 April /except those who pay the full three-days fee/  will be 15 EUR higher.

Example - if your Regular fee is 340 EUR for 2 days /14 and 15 April, or 14 and 16 April/ you will pay 355 EUR + 20% VAT = 426 EUR.

If 2 or more persons from one organisation attend the Congress, the first pays the full fee. The rest receive 10% discount each.

Verification of student status (age less than 28 years) needed - personalised letter from the university proving the full-time student status, a copy of ID card. Please fax the copies to +359 32/ 945 459).

Registration

Participation Cancellation: In case of cancelling participation until March 25th, 2010 (only in written form), 50 Euro administrative costs will be charged. Aſter this date the participation fee is not refunded. It is possible to transfer a booked pass to another person.
