Call for papers

The Program Committee is currently accepting papers to be presented in oral or Poster Session providing innovative aspects and novelty. The Papers topics of interest are shown in the Draft Program, but are not limited to it.

Important Dates:

15th of Feb. 2008
Abstracts submission - One page A4 in English (electronic format) (up to 2000 signs)

15th of Feb.2008
Professional CV submission - Half page A4 in English (electronic format) (up to 1500 signs)

29th of Feb. 2008
Acceptance verification

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

The document describes the requirements for submission of papers to the International Congress on Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources. As your professional CVs and your Congress paper will be published in the official proceedings, we would like to ask you to follow the Authors instructions below.

CV :

	Your short professional CV should be in Word format plain text, in Times New Roman font, letters size 12 , line spacing: single .
	CV in tables will not be accepted
	The CV should be up to 1/2 page (no more than 1500 characters including spaces), and must include your name, contact details and recent photo.
	The photo must be included in your CV, do not send it separately.

PRESENTATION

	Your presentation must be up to 3 pages (max. 6000 characters including spaces), in Word format plain text, in Times New Roman font, size 12 , line spacing: single.
	The materials must be sent in English.
	The first page must include: authors' name, organisation and contact details
	Abbreviations should be defined the first time they appear in parenthesis after the Acronyms
	All graphics must be included in the Word document.
	All pages must be numbered.

Units and Measurement:

Units should be consistent throughout the paper and preferably in the SI system. In cases where other units should be used, then the SI equivalent should be given in the parenthesis. Leave a space between number and units: 3 m not 3m.

Oral Presentations:

Each author will have 20 minutes to present his/her paper in front of the Congress attendees (including questions/answers time)
